some distraught with their own personal woes.

Finally some show news DoE & The Cave Singers @ The troub

oh, how i missed the troubadour. the place was packed to the brim. The Cave Singers, a seattle trio, opened the show and silenced the audience with their mesmerizing vocals. i was so happy to being seeing them as i had heard a live set many months ago on the wonderful show, morning becomes eclectic. The Cave Singers were above any expectation and i can not wait for them to come through again, if you have a chance to check out their live tunes i recommend!!!
and for Department of Eagles.

their live sound is just as haunting as their album presents. whenever i listen to them i imagine floating through some forrest, never knowing what is around the next corner.
i love to just sit back and take it all in, and watching them perform these delicate songs live was such a treat. they claim this will be the one and only tour. doubtful. again. highly recommended for your viewing and listening pleasure.

for all my jews out there say "HO!"
**The Obama Cabinet**
So far we have:
Rahm Emanuel - Chief of Staff - Jewish
David Axelrod - Senior Advisor to the President - Jewish
Ronald Klain - Chief of Staff to the Vice President of the
United States - Jewish
Larry Summers - Economic Advisor to the President - Jewish
Paul Volcker - Economic Advisor to the President, Former Head
of Fed Reserve - Jewish
Tim Geithner - Treasury Secretary - Jewish
Peter Orszag - Head of Budget - Jewish
Am I the only one noticing that Obama and Biden are not so much
assembling staff, as gathering a minyan?

It is the start of a new year and that means we're slouching towards Southern California's biggest music festivals, starting with Coachella in the middle of April. And the internet is simply ablaze with line-up rumors. But this year, much like last, crazed fans have taken things a step further on the festival's message board, going as far as to contact bands directly for confirmation.

And among the purportedly confirmed artists, who have been reached through Myspace or other means, are some pretty sizable LA locals like No Age, Peanut Butter Wolf, the Airborne Toxic Event and Flying Lotus.
